2. Revlon BL9115NP 2000 Watt Hairdryer.  Retailing at $22.99, this is a powerful, compact, and lightweight hairdryer that has also been given a 4/5 star rating at Amazon, although there was only one reviewer.  The dryer has 3 modes: hot and slow, hot and fast, and cool and fast, and there is a nozzle attachment that can be used if desired.  One minor complaint is that the light weight of the dryer makes it feel a bit flimsy.  However, others would no doubt find the light weight a bonus.

3. The Revlon RV484 Ion 1875-Watt Hair Dryer, which costs $21.97, has a slightly lower 3/5 star rating from Amazon reviewers.  This Revlon hair dryer also uses ionic technology to leave hair healthier, shinier, and more full-bodied and has a switch to turn off the ionic feature, although reviewers question why anyone would want to do this, given the benefits of this technology.  It features 3 heat and 2 speed settings, a cold shot button that releases cool air so that the style can be set, a concentrator attachment that allows precise drying and styling, and a volumizing finger diffuser attachment, which gently dries hair while adding body.

4. The Revlon 9313U Hair Dryer, which comes in at £18.99 in the U.K., or approximately $26, gets 5 stars from reviewers at ciao(dot)co(dot)uk.  Ease of use, durability, and style were high up on the list of people’s comments about this compact 2000-watt Revlon hair dryer, which features a fold-away handle.  

Overall, the relatively cheap Revlon hair dryer is well-rated by reviewers, who generally feel that they not only do the basic job of drying hair but also make your hair look and feel better, which can’t be a bad thing.
